Look Down
By far the majority of photos we take are at eye level or above, whether looking at a screen or through a viewfinder. This is how we naturally see the world around us. Lately I have started looking down. It might be feet, shoes, shadows or pets. What struck me in this photo was the matching shoes and handbag. I took maybe one or two shots before the subject moved on. I did not notice the feet in the upper right, or the play of shadows that introduce a strong diagonal from upper left to lower right. I will continue to look up, and also down, for interesting moments to capture.
