Dance like no one is watching

I recently returned from a street photography workshop in Paris conducted by Valerie Jardin (https://www.valeriejardinphotography.com/). It was an amazing experience. I had classmates from France, U.K., Canada, Germany, Portugal and the U.S. We learned about light, shadow, movement, composition, and capturing moments in time. I feel my photography improved, much from seeing examples of Valerie’s work, but also being in Paris. At times it was hard to focus, there was so much movement, color and interesting people. My photography style is to be patient and look for my shot, whether it is the light, subject or composition.
